Enjoy twice-daily sessions, plus morning pranayama & meditation in a beautiful Andalusian setting. Leave feeling renewed, inspired, grounded & deeply refreshed.
Morning yoga consists of building energy while also feeling embodied & grounded. Evening yoga will encompass the subtle body & deeper nervous system work with practices such as Yoga Nidra (NSDR), Somatic-inspired movement, Qigong, Conscious Breathing and other tools that calibrate the nervous system.
There will be access to a saltwater pool, sauna & nature to continue to harmonize your being & find expansive levels of ease.
About Suryalila
Suryalila, originally an olive hacienda, is a fabulous retreat centre located in the heart of Andalusia, situated between the charming white villages of Villamartin and Prado del Ray. It is less than an hour’s drive away from the historic and beautiful cities of Cadiz and Seville and unspoilt sandy beaches.
Nestled serenely in a large open valley in the foothills of the Sierra de Grazalema Natural Park, this majestic mountain range can be seen looming large on the horizon behind Suryalila. A striking part of the natural beauty of the property is the breathtaking vistas extending in all directions: rolling hills, fields of sunflowers and lakes.
With its beautifully decorated accommodation, expansive rolling hills, saltwater pool, sauna and nourishing meals, Suryalila offers it all.

Suryalila Retreat Centre, originally an olive hacienda, is located close to the charming villages of Arcos de la Frontera and Prado del Rey.
It’s approximately 45 minutes from the historic and beautiful walled city of Cadiz and an hour’s drive from Sevilla, the vibrant heart of Andalucía.
On the edge of a stunning, mountainous national park, the property sits in a river valley overlooking country farms and the white lakeside village of Bornos.

Local excursions including bike-riding, horse-riding, hiking, trips to the beach, shopping trips and sherry-tasting are all on offer for participants who like to venture further afield. At the same time, many people choose to simply recline by the salt-water pool and just imbibe the peace & replenish.

You have the option of booking your own single/private room (first come first serve) or to share a room with a roommate of your choice or request being paired with someone upon booking (If there is no-one to eventually pair you with, you will be charged the single price of the room).
We collect a 50% deposit from attendees at time of booking (includes a $500 non refundable deposit), final payment is due March 15th, 2026.

Traveling to Suryalila
Travel Arrangements
Several airlines fly to Seville, Jerez de la Frontera or Malaga. The closest international airport, 40 minutes away, is the airport at Jerez de la Frontera, but the property can also be reached in just one hour from the airport in Seville. Malaga airport is two hours away.
BA, Easyjet and Ryanair fly from London to Seville and offer low cost airfares, particularly if you book early.

Transfers cost €80 one way for a taxi from Jerez de la Frontera, €100 from Seville and €160 from Malaga. These will be arranged for you and people will be grouped together where possible to share the cost.
Arrival to Suryalila is ideally on the afternoon of May 16th but can be anytime throughout the day but no later than 8:15pm. A later arrival might be possible but there will be a charge. Departure is ideally after breakfast on May 23rd but can be later.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommend. Purchasing travel insurance helps to mitigate any unexpected circumstances such as medical issues prior to traveling or while traveling, last minute flight cancellations or personal issues that might affect your trip. Participants have found great rates and policies through Travel Guard.
Cancellation Policy
If for any reason you need to cancel your reservation, you will receive a refund of your payment (minus a $500 non-refundable/non-transferable deposit). No refunds will be given after February 16th (90 days before start date), nor for failure to attend or complete the retreat. If the retreat is cancelled due to a pandemic or natural disaster, you will receive a credit towards a future retreat.
