Massage Therapy (60, 75, or 90 mins):

These 60, 75, or 90 minutes bodywork sessions are curated for each client. My specialities are therapeutic, deep tissue and joint & muscle mobility. I integrate traditional fire-cupping for circulation, detoxification & muscle adhesions; as well as facial work, Himalayan salt hot stones and essential oils for deep relaxation.
60 mins: $120/ 75 mins: $140/ 90 mins: $160
Somatic Integration (60 mins):
- Support, process, and integrate after an edgy and/or stressful event such as a work deadline, career pressures, loss, competitive race, long travel, a psychedelic experience, accident, etc.

This session supports a return to grounded presence after a stressful or significant experience—such as a psychedelic journey, emotional upheaval, physical exertion, or major life transition.
It begins with somatic exploration, gently uncovering held tension and listening to the messages stored in the body. From there, conscious breathing helps recalibrate the nervous system and invite calm throughout the brain and body. A period of deep rest follows, allowing space for integration and healing to naturally unfold.
The experience concludes with a grounding reflection, offering space to reenter daily life with greater clarity, steadiness, and connection.
